DEATH LAWSUIT - UPDATE
Dear friends,
For
the past nine years, I have been battling the Watchtower Society in court. I have been
up against the Watchtower Legal Department and two of the largest law
firms in Canada. The Watchtower Society has attacked this lawsuit from every
angle and tried every possible way to have the lawsuit squashed. Queen’s Bench Justices have handed down four court
decisions which were all in the favour of the Watchtower Society. This was a “four prong attack”
on the lawsuit which meant that the lawsuit was technically nonexistent.
I filed an
appeal for all four Court decisions. Three seasoned Judges from the Court of Appeal overturned
all four previous court decisions and decided in my favour that this lawsuit should go to Trial against two Watchtower lawyers,
two doctors and the hospital. The Watchtower Society has been dropped as a defendant, but the Watchtower Society is
still tied to the lawsuit thru fiduciary duty ( vicarious liability ) regarding the two Watchtower
defendant lawyers. There is “ nothing “ to prevent this lawsuit from going to Trial except
one thing.....................................the payment of outstanding court costs!
I
would like to thank the relatively small group of supporters who have helped me over the past nine years to battle the Watchtower
Society in court. Because of your donations, important legal precedents were made and a tremendous amount of media coverage
was created worldwide which put the Watchtower Society under a spotlight all those years. Jehovah Witness blood
transfusion cases used to be in the news on a regular basis, but I do not recall any new blood cases in the news in
North America for the past four years. It seems that the Watchtower Society has stopped fighting blood transfusion cases
in North America and are allowing sick Jehovah Witness children to receive the blood
transfusions they need. Non of this would have been possible without your donations. Words cannot express my
gratitude for your help for the past nine years. I am sure many lives have been saved as a result. I am not sure why the majority
of you have not supported this cause. Perhaps you thought that someone else would. Perhaps you didn’t think
it was worthwhile.
As you probably know, the Watchtower Society deliberately misquotes secular
authorities, uses misinformation, brainwashing and co-ercion to force Jehovah’s Witnesses
to refuse blood transfusions. As a result, tens of thousands of Jehovah’s Witnesses have died needlessly, including
children. In almost every hospital, Jehovah Witnesses are bleeding to death. I
call this ..........“ INSTITUTIONAL MURDER ! ”
You may have family
members or friends who are Jehovah Witnesses. You must be concerned that one day they may
die refusing a blood transfusion. My seventeen year old daughter, Bethany, died refusing
a blood transfusion. The time to protect our family and prevent them from bleeding to death is NOW ......... before
there is a medical emergency.............before it is too late. I have two other daughters in this religion and
I do not want them to die because of this religion. As former Jehovah Witnesses we have a special knowledge about the
religion and its diabolical and criminal behaviour. As such, we have a moral obligation, to warn the public, and to
do whatever is humanly possible to end the “ BAN ON BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS ”.
For decades
the Watchtower Society has been operating under a cloak of secrecy, sneaking sick Jehovah Witness children out of hospitals,
hiding them from Child Welfare, and transporting sick children from one jurisdiction to another. Some of those children
died, not receiving proper medical treatment. Then there is the lieing to members about alternative medical treatments causing
death, lieing to the media and to the Judges, etc. The Watchtower lawyers convinced my sixteen year old daughter that
arsenic would cure her skin cancer, took her and her mother into hiding and arranged for Bethany to be fed the arsenic. All
tests showed that Bethany did not have leukemia....that the desease was in remission. Bethany would most likely be alive today
if she had received proper medical attention for the skin cancer. The world expert of pediatric oncology has testified
under oath that arsenic is not a cure for skin cancer or for the desease Bethany had recovered from. The list of criminal
behaviour is endless.
You may feel powerless and think that there is nothing that you can do
against such a powerfull cult. You are mistaken. You have the power to end the “ BAN ON BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS
“. You have the power to save the lives of your family and the lives of many thousands of Jehovah Witnesses..........................there
is strength in numbers.
If this lawsuit were to proceed to Trial, it would be one of the most publicized
Trials in Canadian history. There would be international media coverage for months on end. There would be interviews on TV
and Radio talk shows. There would be a documentary ,book and a movie. If we were to win this lawsuit, it would
open the floodgates for Wrongfull Death lawsuits. I believe that this would bring an abrupt end to the “
BAN ON BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS ”, and would ultimately cripple or destroy the Watchtower Society. To proceed
to Trial , I need to pay outstanding court costs. If these costs are not paid by March
15th , then the lawsuit will be thrown out of court. This may be the only opportunity we have to end the “
BAN ON BLOOD” and save the lives of thousands of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Will you help me ? Will you make a difference?
Three Justices at the Court of Appeal believe in this lawsuit and that this lawsuit should go to Trial. Why shouldn’t
you believe too?
